First , it had to blend in with the architecture of the house itself : a processed , southerly plantation – style home . Second , it had to be a welcoming space , a place where their children could do a flip without palpate bottle up . The couple ultimately attain a garden that is elegant — without feel uptight — by rely on a purpose laden with geometric patterns , native plants , and designated lounging area .
Geometric patterns keep things visually organized
