Today ’s photo are from Victoria Witte in Bloomington , Indiana . She says,“I just finished writing a letter to a friend and admit a bunch of pictures of my garden and since it is take care so nice this year ( even in late July ) I thought I would send you some that I have taken thus far this season . After the preceding two horrible growing season we have had a thoroughgoing yr so far—-lots of rain , nice cool atmospheric condition and no catastrophic winds to blow things over and make a mussiness . Maybe all my wintertime wishes have come true this time of year .
“ A lot of the plants that I have engraft here have descend from a group called Perennial Exchange . It ’s a organisation made up of gardeners from about 15 county in southwestern Indiana who trade divisions of perennials at twice - yearly swaps . Because of this I do n’t roll in the hay a raft of the variety and having implant some of them so long ago I ca n’t remember the varieties that I did buy . ”
Who wish about works names , Victoria ? Your garden is awing ! Thanks so much for sharing .
